FisherPeak AI is my personal exploration of how artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) intersects with People and Project Management. After 20+ years leading programs, building PMOs, and coaching teams, I’ve seen firsthand what drives successful transformation and where organizations struggle to adapt.
My career has spanned global enterprises like SAP and Change Healthcare as well as in leadership for two startups from launch to acquisition. Across every role, one theme stood out: people and process determine success more than technology alone.
